How do I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation is free of charge if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the refund will be reduced by 50%. We will automatically refund the money to the account from which the booking was paid.

In your user account details, click on my bookings section.
3. Cancellation
Then select the booking you wish to cancel and click on the booking details. From there, you can easily cancel your booking. That's it!
