We, as MUSIC WARS s.r.o. (registered office 28. října 375/9, Staré Město, Prague 1, Postal Code 110 00, ID No. 06353339, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 280754, hereinafter referred to as "Administrator" for simplicity), process your personal data as an administrator.

In particular, we process personal data in your user profile, such as your telephone number and e-mail. If you're worried about us selling your personal data to a gangster or something, don't worry. We guard your data like an eye in the head because it is part of our know-how.

We'll tell you more about what we do with your personal data and why we need it in the first place.

We mainly need your personal data so that you can test with us or buy something from us. If you want to read it in legalese, we need your personal data (i) to perform a contract with you to provide a service (or to carry out actions taken prior to entering into a service contract) that you have ordered from us, or (ii) to sell you goods if you buy some goods from us (e.g. prepaid credit, vouchers or something like that). In addition, we need them for the processing of your personal data that is necessary for the performance of our public obligations.

If you come to us to rehearse, don't be alarmed, but we do have a few cameras. A sign outside the entrance to the premises will also alert you to this - just in case you're such a punk that you don't even read this document properly. You can read all the information about the cameras, which would be nice to know, clearly here: www.zkusebnakarlak.cz/en/cameras. There are also pictures to help you get your bearings. Oh, and the content at this link is part of this privacy policy and forms an integral part of it. That simply means you should read it as well as this document.

We hope you found all the important information in this summary. If not, please continue on as you see fit. We just have to warn you that it's getting more lawyerly, so pretty boring. We certainly don't discourage you from doing this, we just suggest you make yourself some good tea to go with it.

What entitles us to process your personal data
The legal basis for processing your personal data is that this processing is necessary for:

the performance of a contract between you and us as Controller or for the performance of a pre-contractual measure within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR");
compliance with the legal obligations applicable to the controller within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation, in particular compliance with the obligations imposed on the controller by generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended, Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on Income Taxes, as amended, and Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended.

Why do we process your personal data?
The purpose of the processing of your personal data is to perform the contract between you and us, including the delivery of goods (should you have purchased any from us) and the resolution of any rights of liability for defects or the performance of measures prior to the conclusion of such contract, as well as the performance of related public law obligations by the controller.

We do not make automatic individual decisions within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.

How long do we keep personal data?
Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations under the contract and also for the period necessary for archiving purposes in accordance with the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but no longer than the period specified by the generally binding legal regulations.

To whom we transfer personal data
The other recipients of your personal data will be any freight forwarding companies and other persons involved in the delivery of goods (if you purchase any tangible goods from us) or the execution of payments under a purchase contract, and persons providing technical services for the controller related to the operation of our test room, including the operation of software and data storage. Other recipients of your personal data are those to whom we must provide it, such as our friendly accountant who fulfills our tax obligations on our behalf.

In addition, the recipients of your personal data processed for the purpose of complying with legal obligations may be tax authorities or other authorities where we are required to do so by legislation.

We do not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (non-EU country) or international organization. Except for Zimbabwe, but there your personal data will be perfectly safe and will not be misused. No, we were joking about Zimbabwe.

What are your rights?
In addition to the right to remain silent, you have the following rights.

Under the terms of the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from us, the right to have your personal data rectified or erased or to restrict its processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data.

If you think that the processing of your personal data has violated or is violating the Regulation, please write to us and we will be happy to explain everything to you because we comply with the Regulation more than fairly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

You are under no obligation to provide personal data, just as you are under no obligation to try or buy anything from us. Of course, we'd prefer it if you try us out and we'll be even happier if you like it. The provision of your personal data in cases where we require you to provide it is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of a contract and without the provision of such personal data, it is not possible to conclude or perform the contract on our part.
